吕四港镇是江苏省启东市下辖的一个行政建制镇，别称鹤城[1]，地处长江三角洲，北面海域为吕四渔场。

吕四之名源于当地传说，传说八仙之吕洞宾曾四次云游此地。吕四港镇与吕四港已连为一体[1]。吕四港也是许多上海人开车去吃海鲜的渔港。[2]

2022年时，吕四港镇全镇陆域面积152.8平方公里，海域面积43.8平方公里，下辖35个行政村和5个居委会。户籍人口约17.6万人，镇区人口5万人，全镇共有外来人口2.5万人[3]。拥有20公里长的海岸线和10万多亩滩涂。
