Cúp bóng đá U-20 nữ châu Á (tiếng Anh: AFC U-20 Women's Asian Cup) là giải bóng đá nữ dành cho các đội tuyển quốc gia nữ lứa tuổi dưới 20 tuổi do Liên đoàn bóng đá châu Á (AFC) tổ chức tại châu Á. Giải đấu được tổ chức hai năm một lần bởi Liên đoàn bóng đá châu Á và là vòng loại cho Giải vô địch bóng đá nữ U-20 thế giới. Nó được tổ chức lần đầu tiên vào năm 2002 với tên gọi Giải vô địch bóng đá nữ U-19 châu Á với giới hạn độ tuổi dưới là 19 tuổi. Bắt đầu từ lần 2022, giới hạn độ tuổi được nâng lên 20 tuổi. Ngoài ra, giải đấu cũng sẽ được đổi tên từ " Giải vô địch bóng đá nữ U-19 châu Á" thành "Cúp bóng đá U-20 nữ châu Á"

Thể thức

Trong năm 2002 và 2004 không có vòng sơ loại và tất cả các đội chơi ở vòng bảng. Sau khi kết thúc vòng bảng, các đội thi đấu vòng bán kết (vào năm 2002) hoặc vòng tứ kết (vào năm 2004).

Trong các năm 2006, 2007 và 2009 có tám đội tham dự giải đấu vòng chung kết và vòng loại được tổ chức trước đó. Các đội được chia thành hai bảng, mỗi bảng bốn đội, hai đội đứng đầu vào bán kết.

Trong năm 2011 và 2013, vòng chung kết của giải đấu chỉ có sáu đội tham dự trong một bảng đấu duy nhất và không có vòng loại trực tiếp.

Vào năm 2015 lại một lần nữa có 8 đội tham dự vòng chung kết.
