Rugelax (idishcha: רוגעלך, rōgeleḵ) yahudiylarning kelib chiqishi polyak-ashkenaziycha boʻlgan pishirigʻi.[1] Isroilda juda mashhur, koʻpincha kafe va novvoyxonalarda uchraydi.[2] Amerikalik va yevropalik yahudiylar orasida ham mashhur shirinlik hisoblanadi.
Anʼanaviy rugelax uchburchak xamirning ichiga masalliq solib oʻrash orqali yarim oy shaklida tayyorlanadi. Ichiga mayiz, xurmo, yongʻoq, dolchin, shokolad, marsipan, koʻknor urugʻi yoki murabbo solinishi mumkin.
Shtrudel yoki yongʻoqli ruletga oʻxshash muqobil shakli mavjud, lekin ulardan farqli oʻlaroq, pishirishdan oldin oʻralgan xamir va ichidagi kesib olinadi.[3]
