Februus (lotincha: Februus) — oʻliklarning ruhlari yashaydigan yer osti dunyosining etrusk xudosi[1]. Shuningdek, u boylik, oʻlim va poklik beruvchi sifatida tasvirlangan. Qadimgi Rim dinida Februus poklik xudosi edi. Yer osti xudosining vazifalarini Pluton bajargan. Februus nomidan rimliklar orasida fevral oyi nomi kelib chiqqan[2][1].
Luperkaliya bayramiga (15-fevral — dies februatus) toʻgʻri kelgan tozalash marosimlari (februa, februare, februum), qadimgi Rim oy taqvimiga koʻra toʻlin oy chiqishi vaqtiga toʻgʻri kelgan. Bu marosimlar vaqt o'tishi bilan Faun xudosi sharafiga oʻtkaziladigan Luperkaliya bayramiga toʻgʻri kelgan. Ushbu o'zaro bogʻliqlik tufayli ikki xudo (Faun va Februus) ko'pincha bir belgi sifatida koʻrilgan.
