Faris
Faris (qadimgi yunoncha: Φάρις) — qadimgi yunon mifologiyasidagi qahramon. Germes va danaida Filodamiyaning oʻgʻli[1].
Faris Messeniyadagi Fari shahri va Axeyadagi shu nomdagi Pharae[2][3][4] polisning asoschisi va eponimi boʻlgan.
Gomerning „Iliada“sida va Pavsaniyda Faris avlodlari taʼriflangan. Farisning Telegona ismli bir qizi boʻlgan. U daryo xudosi Alfeydan Ortiloxni dunyoga keltirdi. Ortilox Dioklesning otasi boʻlib, undan oʻz navbatida egizaklar Orsilox va Krefon dunyoga kelgan, ular troya urushi paytida Eney tomonidan oʻldirilgan. Dioklesning Troyani qamal qilishda qatnashgan egizak oʻgʻillaridan tashqari, Antikleya ismli qizi ham bor edi. Asklepiy Mahaonning oʻgʻlidan u bir bobosidan shohlikni, boshqasidan kasalliklarni davolash qobiliyatini meros qilib olgan Nikomah va Gorgas dunyoga kelgan[5].
