Uluslararası Lezbiyen ve Gey Birliği (ILGA) (İngilizce: International Lesbian and Gay Association), dünya genelindeki 600'den fazla[1] lezbiyen ve gey grubunu bir araya getiren uluslararası bir sivil toplum örgütü. ILGA, insan hakları ve sivil haklar ekseninde, LGBT (lezbiyen, gey, biseksüel ve transeksüel) haklarını gündeme getirmeye çalışan ve bu amaçla hükûmetler ve Birleşmiş Milletler nezdinde kampanyalar düzenleyen, kâr amacı gütmeyen, bağımsız bir organizasyondur.

Tarih

ILGA, 1978 yılında kurulmuştur.

Dünya üzerinde yaklaşık 117 ülkede temsilcilikleri bulunan[1] birliğin genel sekreteri 1999 yılından beri Kürşad Kahramanoğlu'dur. Kahramanoğlu Türkiye'de endüstri mühendisliği ve Birleşik Krallık'ta felsefe eğitimi almıştır.
