Pınar Soykan (d. 24 Nisan 1980, Gölcük), Türk şarkıcıdır.[1]

Öğrenim hayatı 1999 yılına kadar Kocaeli'de geçti. 1999 Gölcük depremi sonrasında, ilk mesleği olan öğretmenliğe ara verdi. 2004 yılında İstanbul'a yerleşti ve aynı yıl içerisinde Best Model of Turkey'e katılıp ilk 16 arasına girdi. Şan eğitmeni Fatih Ertür'ün de katkılarıyla 2011 yılında ilk albümü olan Kına'yi yayınladı. 2014 yılında fantezi türündeki Buğulu Gözler adlı ikinci albümünü Doğan Music Company etiketiyle çıkarttı. Bu son albümde Yıldız Tilbe ve Orhan Ölmez gibi ünlü söz yazarlarıyla çalıştı. Evli ve eşinin adı Orçun Soykan'dır.[2] 2023 yılında Avrupa Müzik ile anlaşma yaptı.
