Papirüs 56 (Gregory-Aland listesine göre: ) Yunanca Kutsal Yazıların (Yeni Ahit) Grekçede yazılan eski bir kopyasıdır. Bu papirüs el yazması Elçilerin İşleri kitabının birçok ayeti içermektedir. Papirüs bugün Viyana'da bulunan Österreichische Nationalbibliothek'te (paraf: Pap. Vindob. G. 19918 ve G. 19927 ) saklanır.[1]

Tarih

Fragman paleografik yöntemlerle 6. ya da 7. yüzyıla tarihlenmektedir.[1]

Kodeksin Grekçe metni İskenderiyeli metin türünü yansıtır. Aland tarafından kategori II'ye sıralandı.[1]
