Mustafa Tahir Taşer veya Garipoğlu Mustafa (1901, Moskova, Rus İmparatorluğu - 1989) Türk tulum sanatçısı.[1] 1945 yılında radyoda tulum çalan ilk sanatçı olmuştur. Taşer'in birçok bestesi bulunmaktadır.[2]

Hayatı

Taşer 1901 yılında Rizeli bir baba ve Kırım Tatarı bir annenin çocuğu olarak Moskova'da doğdu. 7 yaşında babasıyla beraber Çamlıhemşin'e geldi. Türkiye'de Tahir adı Rus ismi olduğu gerekçesiyle nüfus cüzdanına yazılmadı ve dedesi Mustafa'nın adını aldı.[3] Birkaç yıl sonra babası savaş için Rusya'ya geri döndü. Kısa süre sonra ailesinin öldüğü haberi geldi. Çobanlık ve bahçe işleriyle uğraşırken boş kaldığı zamanlarda kabak şibinden yaptığı çibun ile tulum çalmaya başladı. 15 yaşında ilk tulumunu aldı. Öksüz büyüdüğü için Garip ve Garipoğlu lakaplarıyla tanınıyordu. Türkiye Cumhuriyetin ilanından sonraki yıllarda Ankara'da tulum çaldı. Radyoda tulum çalan ilk kişi oldu. Yaşlılığında bir kulak hastalığına yakalandı. 85 yaşındayken bu rahatsızlığından dolayı tulum çalmayı bıraktı. 89 yaşında aynı hastalıktan dolayı öldü.[4]

Kişisel hayatı

İki kez evlenen Taşer'in yedi çocuğu oldu. Oğlu Varol Taşer ve torunu Behçet Gülas da kendisi gibi tulumcudur.[5]
