Mahmud Abdülaziz, (Arapça: محمود عبد العزيز; d. 4 Haziran 1946, İskenderiye, Mısır - ö. 12 Kasım 2016, Kahire, Mısır), Mısırlı sinema ve dizi oyuncusudur. Genelde Mısır ve Arap ülkelerinde çekilen yapımlarda rol almıştır. TV şov programı Raafat El-Hagan ile tanındı. 12 Kasım 2016'da ölümüne kadar oyunculuğu sürdürdü.
Poussy Chalabi ile evli olup film yönetmeni ve yapımcısı Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel Aziz ve Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz adlı ikide çocuğu olan oyuncu 44 yılık oyunculuk hayatının ardından 12 Kasım 2016'da Kahire'de 70 yaşında ölmüştür.
