Boru hattının en büyük hissedarı E.ON (%51)'dur. E.ON'dan sonra GDF Suez (44%) ve OMV (5%) gelmektedir. Boru hattı GRTgaz Deutschland GmbH tarafından işletilmektedir.[1]
