Kompulsif cinsel davranış bozukluğu

Kompulsif cinsel davranış bozukluğu,[1] bir dürtü kontrol bozukluğudur. Kişinin cinsel fantezilerle yoğun şekilde meşgul olduğu ve davranışlarının psikolojik strese sebep olmasıyla birlikte önlenemeyen ve kendine veya başkalarına zarar verme riski taşıyan bir davranış örüntüsü olarak ortaya çıkar.[1][2] Bu bozukluk sosyal, mesleki, kişisel veya diğer önemli işlevler üzerinde kötü etkiye neden olabilir.[1][3]

Kompulsif cinsel davranış bozukluğu bağımlılık değildir.[4] Bu nedenle cinsel bağımlılıktan ziyade davranışı tanımlamak için kullanılır.

Bozukluk, Dünya Sağlık Örgütü tarafından bir dürtü kontrol bozukluğu olarak kabul edilmiş ve ICD-11'de "Kompulsif Cinsel Davranış Bozukluğu" olarak sınıflandırılmıştır.[5] Amerikan Psikiyatri Birliği'nin DSM-5'inde ise bozukluğa yer verilmemiştir;[1] 2010 yılında dahil edilmesi önerilmiş ancak onaylanmamıştır.

Chemsex ve parafili gibi cinsel davranışlar kompulsif cinsel davranış bozukluğu ile bağlantılıdır ve sıklıkla aynı anda görülebilirler.[1] Cinsel dürtüler, istekler veya davranışlar hakkındaki psikolojik sıkıntılar, bozukluğu teşhis etmek için yeterli değildir.[1] 42 ülkede yürütülen bir araştırma sonucunda insanların yaklaşık %5'inin bu bozukluğa sahip olma riskinin yüksek olabileceğini ancak bunların yalnızca %14'ünün tedavi aradığı bulunmuştur.[6] Çalışmada ayrıca bozukluk için daha kapsayıcı araştırmalara ve kültürel açıdan duyarlı tedavi seçeneklerine ihtiyaç duyulduğu vurgulanmıştır.
