Tarihçe

Köyün adı, 1902 yılı kayıtlarında Girlengeç, 1928 yılı kayıtlarında ise Sultaniye olarak geçmektedir.[4]

Coğrafya

Köy, Çanakkale il merkezine 110 km, Biga ilçe merkezine 17 km uzaklıktadır.[5]
