Genç Kaşgar Partisi veya Yaş Kaşgar Partisi, Doğu Türkistan'da Türk milliyetçisi eski bir siyasi partiydi. Parti, 1933–1934 yılları arasında varlığını sürdürmüş olup Birinci Doğu Türkistan Cumhuriyeti'nin kurulmasına yardımcı oldu. Çin karşıtı ve antikomünist idi.[1] Uygur komutan Timur Bey ve Hotan emirleri Mehmet Emin Buğra, Abdullah Buğra ve Nur Ahmetcan Buğra, Genç Kaşgar Partisi ile ittifak kurdu. 40 üyeli bir parlamento topladı ve Hoca Niyaz'a iki delege gönderdi.[2][3]
