Counting Crows, 1991'de Berkeley, Kaliforniya'da kurulan Amerikalı rock müzik grubudur. 1993'te çıkardıkları ilk albümleri August and Everything After ve albümdeki "Mr. Jones" parçasıyla popülerlik kazandılar.

Grubun etkileri sanatçılar arasında Van Morrison, R.E.M., Mike + The Mechanics, Nirvana, Bob Dylan ve The Band bulunmaktadır.[1][2][3][4] Shrek 2 filminde kullanılan "Accidentally in Love" şarkısıyla 2004'te bir Akademi Ödülü'ne aday gösterildiler.

Grubun resmî sitesine göre Counting Crows, dünya çapında yirmi milyon albüm sattı.[5]
