William Henry Cosby Jr. (12 Temmuz 1937; Philadelphia, Pensilvanya), Altın Küre ve Emmy ödüllü Amerikalı komedyen, televizyon yapımcısı, oyuncu ve hüküm giymiş cinsel suçlu. Bill Cosby hakkında 2010'ların ortalarında 60'tan fazla kadın tarafından cinsel saldırı, tecavüz, uyuşturucu kullanarak kolaylaştırılmış tecavüz, çocuk cinsel istismarı, cinsel suistimal teşebbüsü gibi çeşitli suçlamalarda bulunulmuştur. Cosby, Eylül 2018'de üç kez ağırlaştırılmış uygunsuz saldırıdan suçlu bulundu ve bu suçlamalar doğrultusunda 2018 yılında 3 yıldan 10 yıla kadar hapis cezasına çarptırılmıştır.[2][3][4][5] Pensilvanya'daki Phoenix Eyalet Islah Kurumunda tutuklu olarak kaldı.

30 Haziran 2021'de Pennsylvania Yüksek Mahkemesi, Cosby'nin yasal süreç haklarının ihlal edildiğini öne sürerek mahkûmiyetini bozdu. Cosby, mahkûmiyetinin bozulduğu gün hapishaneden serbest bırakıldı. Yüksek Mahkeme mahkûmiyetini bozana kadar yaklaşık üç yıl görev yaptı.[6][7]
