13. Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti Hükûmeti veya 2. Talat Hükûmeti, Cumhuriyet Meclisi'nde 6. dönem milletvekillerinin güvenoyunu alarak 8 Mart 2005 - 26 Nisan 2005 tarihleri arasında görev yapan hükûmettir.

Mehmet Ali Talat'ın başbakanlığında Cumhuriyetçi Türk Partisi ile Demokrat Parti arasında kurulan koalisyon hükûmetidir.[1] Talat'ın Cumhurbaşkanı seçilmesiyle yeni hükûmet görevi devralana kadar Serdar Denktaş başbakanlık görevine vekalet etmiştir.[2]
