Hayatı

İhtiram Aliyev 1 Ağustos 1972'de Ujar bölgesinin Gazyan köyünde doğdu. Orta öğretimini Ujar bölgesindeki Gazyan köyünde aldı. 1987yılının sekizinci sınıfından mezun oldu ve Bakü Makine Mühendisliği Tekniği'ne girdi. 5 Haziran 1992'den Ağustos 1996'ya kadar askerlik hizmeti geçti. 1995 yılında vatan önünde borcunu yerine getirirken gösterdiği yigitliğe göre ona Azerbaycan Cumhurbaşkan'ının 1995 Nisan tarihli 307 sayılı Kararnamesi ile "Azerbaycan'ın Ulusal Kahraman'ı" ismi verildi. Ehtiram Aliyev, 1996 yılında ordudan taburcu edildi. 1997-1998'de Bakü'nün Sabunchu İlçe Emniyet Müdürlüğü'nde çalıştı. 2000 yılında Tafakkur Üniversitesi'ne başladı. Halen Bakü Uluslararası ve Şehirlerarası Otobüs Terminali başkan yardımcısı görevinde yer alıyor ve Bakü'de yaşıyor.

Savaşlara katılımı

Onu Nakhchivan'a yolladılar. Askeri eğitimi alan İhtiram, Sadarak ve Batabat bölgelerinde gerçek kahraman sayfaları yazıyordu. Daha sonra 1993 yılında Ağdam Cephesine yollandı. 1994 5 Ocak savaşçılarımız saldırarak ermenileri 45 km geri gitmeleri zorunda bıraktılar, bu savaşta İhtiram yaralanmasına rağmen silahı bırakmıyor tedavi edilir edilmez yeniden cepheye dönüyor. 20 Nisan 1994'te Tartar Cephesine yollandı. Bu savaşlar sırasında onlarca ermeni soyguncu mahvedildi.[1]

Ulusal Kahraman

Azerbaycan Cumhurbaşkan'ının 4 Nisan 1995yıl tarihli 307 sayılı kararıyla Aliyev İhtiram İsrayil oğlu “Azerbaycan'ın Ulusal Kahraman'ı” unvanına layik görülmüştür.[2]
