Talambuhay

Namuhay si Wick sa Zürich na pinamunuan ni Heinrich Bullinger, na kahalili ni Huldrych Zwingli. Nag-aral siya ng teolohiya sa Tübingen, at naging pastor ng Witikon, sa ospital ng lungsod, at sa Predigerkirche. Pagkaraan nito, naging kanon at ikalawang arsodiyakuno siya sa Grossmünster.
