Ang Cornovecchio (Lodigiano: Corvèch) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Lodi, rehiyon ng Lombardia, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 80 kilometro (50 mi) timog-silangan ng Milan at mga 45 kilometro (28 mi) timog-silangan ng Lodi.

Ang Cornovecchio ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Pizzighettone, Maleo, Crotta d'Adda, Meleti, Corno Giovine, at Caselle Landi.

Kasaysayan
