Kistskär[1] är en ö i Finland.[2] Den ligger i Norra Östersjön, Skärgårdshavet eller Finska viken[3] och i kommunen Hangö[4] i den ekonomiska regionen Raseborg i landskapet Nyland, i den sydvästra delen av landet. Ön ligger omkring 120 kilometer väster om Helsingfors.

Öns area är 1,9 hektar och dess största längd är 220 meter i nord-sydlig riktning.[5] Ön höjer sig omkring 5 meter över havsytan.[a]

Inlandsklimat råder i trakten. Årsmedeltemperaturen i trakten är 5 °C. Den varmaste månaden är augusti, då medeltemperaturen är 17 °C, och den kallaste är januari, med −6 °C.[7]
