UDP-N-acetilmuramoil-L-alanil-D-glutamat-L-lizinska ligaza (EC 6.3.2.7, MurE sintetaza, UDP-N-acetilmuramoil-L-alanil-D-glutamil-L-lizin sintetaza, uridin difosfo-N-acetilmuramoilalanil-D-glutamillizin sintetaza, UPD-MurNAc-L-Ala-D-Glu:L-Lys ligaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetilmuramoil-L-alanil-D-glutamat:L-lizin gama-ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + UDP-N-acetilmuramoil-L-alanil-D-glutamat + L-lizin ADP + fosfat + UDP-N-acetilmuramoil-L-alanil-D-glutamil-L-lizin

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u sintezi peptida ćelijskog zida.
