Kafeat O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.68, kafeatna metiltransferaza, kafeatna 3-O-metiltransferaza, S-adenozil-L-metionin:kafeinska kiselina-O-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:3,4-dihidroksi-trans-cinamat 3-O-metiltransferaza.^[1]^[2]^[3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

3,4-Dihidroksibenzaldehid i katehol mogu da deluju kao akceptori, mada je reakcija sporija.
