Azotsuboksid reduktaza (EC 1.7.2.4, azot monoksidna reduktaza, N₂O reduktaza, azot:(akceptor) oksidoreduktaza (formira N₂O)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom azot:citohrom c oksidoreduktaza (formira N₂O).^[1]^[2]^[3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

azot + H₂O + 2 fericitohrom c

azot monoksid + 2 ferocitohrom c + 2 H⁺

Reakcija teče u smeru redukcije azot monoksida.
