Aspartat-tRNKAsn ligaza (EC 6.1.1.23, nondiskriminišuća aspartil-tRNK sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-aspartat:tRNKAsx ligaza (formira AMP).^[1]^[2]^[3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + L-aspartat + tRNKAsx

\rightleftharpoons

AMP + difosfat + aspartil-tRNKAsx

Kad ovaj enzim deluje na tRNKAsp, on katalizuje istu reakciju kao EC 6.1.1.12, aspartat-tRNK ligaza.
