Welcome je peti studijski album skupine Santana, ki je izšel leta 1973. Kot predhodnik Caravanserai, tudi Welcome vsebuje jazz fusion. Album je bil posnet v nekoliko spremenjeni in povečani zasedbi. Gregg Rolie in Neal Schon sta pred snemanjem albuma zapustila skupino in ustanovila skupino Journey. Nadomestili so ju Tom Coster, Leon Thomas in John McLaughlin, ki so že prej sodelovali s Carlosom Santano. Pri snemanju albuma je sodelovala tudi vdova Johna Coltrana, Alice, ki je prispevala klavir pri skladbi »Going Home« ter Flora Purim, ki je prispevala vokale. Ker je bil Welcome bolj eksperimentalen kot prvi štirje albumi ni vseboval hit singlov.

Leta 2003 je bil album ponovno izdan skupaj z bonus skladbo »Mantra«, ki je bila posneta na jam sessionu, kjer so sodelovali Carlos Santana, Tom Coster in Michael Shrieve.
