Menachem Begin (* 16. august 1913, Brest, Ruský štát – † 9. marec 1992, Tel Aviv, Izrael) bol šiesty izraelský predseda vlády. Pochádzal z bývalej ruskej časti Poľska a pred vznikom Izraela bol vodcom izraelskej teroristickej skupiny Irgun. Premiérom sa stal v roku 1977. Nasledujúci rok uzavrel zmluvu s Anwarom Sadatom z Egypta o spolupráci na mieri medzi moslimami a Židmi. Spolu so Sadatom získali v roku 1978 Nobelovu cenu za mier. Je pochovaný na Olivovom vrchu.
