Katarína Parrová (* 1512[1], Londýn, Anglicko – † 5. september 1548, Sudeley Castle) bola v rokoch 1543 – 1547 anglická kráľovná ako manželka Henricha VIII.

S Henrichom VIII. sa vzali v roku 1543. Bolo to už jej tretie manželstvo. Stala sa ideálnou nevlastnou matkou pre všetky kráľove deti. Bola to inteligentná, učená žena, patrónka humanistov a tajná protestantka. Vďaka jej vplyvu kráľ zabezpečil následníctvo oboch dcér parlamentným výnosom z roku 1543. Po jeho smrti sa Katarína znova vydala.
