William A. "Bill" Allain (February 14, 1928 – December 2, 2013) was an American politician. He held office as the 58th Governor of Mississippi as a Democrat from 1984 to 1988.[1]

Allain died December 2, 2013 in Jackson, Mississippi from unknown causes, aged 85.[2]
