The Chocoan milk frog (Trachycephalus quadrangulum) is a frog that lives on the Pacific side of the Andes in Ecuador and Peru. Scientists have seen it between 20 and 350 meters above sea level.[1][2]
The adult male frog is 53.4 to 76.9 mm long from nose to rear end and the adult female frog is 60.5 to 80.8 mm long. The adult frog is brown or gray in color with a darker gray mark on its back. The mark is four-sided. Its head is wider than it is long.[2]
