Pretorijanska prefektura Afrika (latinski: praefectura praetorio Africae) bila je jedna od najvećih upravnih jedinica Istočnog Rimskog Carstva, uspostavljena nakon osvajanja sjeverozapadne Afrike od Vandala pod carem Justinijanom I. Postojala je do kraja 580-ih, kada je reorganizirana u Egzarhat Afrika.
