Pravi mišići očne jabučice

Mišići očne jabučice:
2-gornji, 3-donji, 4-unutrašnji, 5-spoljašnji

Pravi mišići očne jabučice su parni mišići glave, koji pokreću oko u svim pravcima i usmeravaju ga ka posmatranim objektima. To su četvrtasti, pljosnati, trakasti mišići, koji se u vidu kupe pružaju od vrha očne duplje do beonjače. U ovu grupu spadaju:

  • gornji pravi mišić (lat. musculus rectus superior),
  • donji pravi mišić (lat. musculus rectus inferior),
  • spoljašnji pravi mišić (lat. musculus rectus lateralis) i
  • unutrašnji pravi mišić (lat. musculus rectus medialis).

Sva četiri člana se pripajaju na tzv. zajedničkom tetivnom prstenu, koji se pričvršćuje u predelu vrha očne duplje i okružuje optički kanal. Odatle se oni prostiru unapred, obuhvataju očnu jabučicu i nastavljaju se završnim tetivama koje su utkane u prednji deo beonjače.

Spoljašnji pravi mišić je inervisan od strane živca odvodioca, dok su ostala tri inervisana živcem pokretačem oka. Spoljašnji pravi mišić povlači oko direktno upolje, unutrašnji ga povlači ka unutra, gornji pravi mišić pokreće očnu jabučicu naviše i unutra, a donji mišić ka naniže i unutra.
