Ekonomska ideologija

Ekonomska ideologija, oblik ekonomske filozofije, sistem ideja koje teže objašnjavanju svijeta i kako ga mijenjati. Od ekonomske teorije razlikuje se u tome što je u pristupu više normativna, a ne eksplanativna. Ona izražava perspektivu o načinu na koji bi se privreda trebala voditi i kojem bi cilju ili više njih trebala stremiti, za razliku od ekonomskih teorija kojih je cilj stvoriti pouzdane eksplanativne modele. No i ekonomska ideologija i ekonomska teorija blisko su međusobno povezane jer ekonomska ideologija u podlozi utječe na metodologiju i teoriju koje se upotrebljavaju u analizi.

Dobar način da se razabere može li se neka ideologija klasificirati kao ekonomska jest postavljanje pitanja da li ona inherentno uzima specifično i detaljno ekonomsko stajalište. Na primjer, za anarhizam se ne može reći da je ekonomska ideologija sam za sebe jer među ostalim sadrži potkategorije anarhokapitalizma s jedne strane i anarhokomunizma s druge strane, a oboje su međusobno oprečnih ideoloških stajališta.

Nadalje, ekonomska ideologija razlikuje se od ekonomskog sistema koji podupire, npr. kapitalističke ideologije, do one mjere po kojoj je objašnjenje ekonomskog sistema (pozitivna ekonomija) različito od njegova zagovaranja (normativna ekonomija).[1] Teorija ekonomske ideologije objašnjava njezinu pojavu, razvitak i odnos s privredom.[2]
