Биография

Родилась 2 января 1962 года в селе Малые Страдишки (латыш. Mazajos Stradišķos), Дубнинская волость, Даугавпилсский район, Латвийская ССР (ныне Аугшдаугавский край, Латвия).

1980 окончила среднюю школу в пос. Шпо́ги, Вишкская волость (ныне Аугшдаугавский край).
