Настоящие червяги (лат. Caecilia) — род безногих земноводных (Gymnophiona) из одноимённого семейства (Caeciliidae). Внешне похожи на крупных дождевых червей (отсюда название). Типовой род семейства. Ряд ученых рассматривают его как парафилетический.

Населяют болотистые местности в Панаме, северной и центральной частях Южной Америки.
