Костюшко (пол. Kościuszko) — дворянский род герба Рох 3-й из Волынской земли.

Род упоминается с 1458 года. Еще в середине XVI века этот род разделился на несколько ветвей — Костюшко-Валюжиничей, Костюшко-Хоболтовских, Костюшко-Сехновицких и просто Костюшко. Что касается Костюшко-Сехновицких, то это был род белорусского происхождения, который затем ополячился. Вторая часть названия ветви Костюшко-Сехновицких происходит от имения Сехновичи, которое польский король Казимир IV подарил Фёдору, основателю рода Костюшко, в XV веке. Сына Фёдора Константина очень уважали Александр Ягеллон и Сигизмунд I, причём последний наделил его правом пользоваться гербом «Рох III», за особые заслуги он ласково называл его «Костюшко», отсюда и пошло название рода. В конце XVII и начале XVIII веков Владислав Адамович Костюшко был пинским стольником и житомирским старостой. Его сын Людвик женился на Фекле Ратомской. Его сыном был Анджей Тадеуш Костюшко, организатор одноимённого восстания, у него были две старшие сестры — Анна и Екатерина и брат Иосиф.
