Альберт «Берт» де Клейн (28 июня 1917, Мехелен, Антверпен — 13 марта 1990, Бельгия) — бельгийский футболист, нападающий. Лучший бомбардир в истории чемпионатов Бельгии (377 голов). Сыграл 12 матчей за сборную Бельгии.

Карьера

В 1932 году в возрасте 16 лет Де Клейн дебютировал за «Мехелен». Он играл за это клуб вплоть до конца карьеры в 1955 году. В рамках всех турниров он принял участие в 557 играх и 466 голов[1].

Де Клейн трижды становился чемпионом страны в составе «Мехелена»: в сезонах 1942/1943, 1945/1946 и 1947/1948. В официальных матчах чемпионата он сыграл в общей сложности 488 игр и забил рекордные 377 голов[2]. Де Клейн дважды становился лучшим бомбардиром высшего дивизиона: в сезоне 1941/42 с 34 голами и в сезоне 1945/46 с 40 голами, в котором также установил рекорд по количеству голов в одном розыгрыше чемпионата.

Также Берту Де Клейну принадлежит рекорд по количеству голов в одном матче соревнований: в игре против матча брюссельского «Расинга» он отличился семь раз. Столько же удавалось забить ещё четырем игрокам: Морису Вертонгену в 1910 году, Эмилю Ван ден Берге в 1930 году, Флорану Ламбрехтсу в 1936 году и Жану Сметсу в 1942 году.

В период с 1946 по 1948 Де Клейн сыграл 12 матчей за сборную Бельгии, забив в них 9 голов. Он дебютировал в сборной 19 января 1946 года в товарищеском матче против Англии. Бельгия выиграла тот матч со счетом 2:0. В пяти встречах Альберт выходил на поле с капитанской повязкой[3].

После завершения карьеры два года (с 1955 по 1957) занимал пост главного тренера «Мехелена».
