Ben Roy Mottelson (Chicago, 9 de julho de 1926 – Copenhaga, 13 de maio de 2022) foi um físico estadunidense.[1]

Foi laureado com o Nobel de Física de 1975, juntamente com Aage Niels Bohr e Leo James Rainwater, por investigações sobre o núcleo atômico.[2]

Morte

Ben Roy morreu no dia 13 de maio de 2022, aos 95 anos de idade.[3]
