Ana de Hesse (26 de outubro de 1529 - 10 de julho de 1591) foi uma nobre alemã que se tornou condessa palatina de Zweibrücken.

Biografia

Ana era filha do conde Filipe I de Hesse e da sua primeira esposa, a duquesa Cristina da Saxónia, por sua vez filha do duque Jorge da Saxônia.

Casou-se no dia 24 de fevereiro de 1544 com o conde palatino Wolfgang do Palatinado-Zweibrücken. Após a morte do seu marido, Ana, o seu irmão Guilherme e o eleitor palatino Luís VI foram guardiões dos seus filhos em conjunto. Guilherme foi também o executor do testamento de Wolfgang.

Por volta de 1590, Ana abriu o cemitério de Santa Ana em Heidelberg. Em 1596 foi construído um monumento em sua honra neste cemitério. Quando o cemitério fechou em 1845, o monumento foi levado para o cemitério de Bergfriedhof.

Ana morreu em 1591 e foi enterrada na Igreja Luterana do Castelo de Meisenheim.
