Bącz (kaszub. Bącz) – wieś kaszubska w Polsce, położona w województwie pomorskim, w powiecie kartuskim, w gminie Kartuzy, otoczona lasami na terenie Kaszubskiego Parku Krajobrazowego nad jeziorem Bąckim. Bącz jest siedzibą sołectwa, w którego skład wchodzi także Olszowe Błoto.
