Tsalka (georgisk: წალკა) er en by i regionen Kvemo Kartli i det sørlige Georgia. Under folketellingen i 2002 hadde distriktet 22 000 innbyggere, hvorav 55 % var armenere, 22 % grekere, 12 % georgiere og 9.5 % aserbajdsjanere.
Byen og distriktet har fra tid til annen vært hjemsøkt av voldelige etniske motsetninger.[2] I årene 1997–2006 bosatte flere tusen etniske georgiere seg i byen, etter å ha flyktet fra jordras i Svaneti og Adsjaria.[3]
