Store Grøtvann er en innsjø i Sannidal i Kragerø kommune i Telemark. Hovedtilløpene kommer fra Lille Grøtvann via Beinkjerrelva, og Fiskvann og Kroktjenn via Kroktjennbekken. Utløpet går via Tyvannselva ned til Tyvann, som står i direkte forbindelse med Tveitereidvannet og Vadfosselva, som er en del av Kragerøvassdragets utløp til Kilsfjorden ved Kragerø by.
