Tyvann (Tyvatn) er et vann i Sannidal i Kragerø kommune i Telemark. Hovedtilløpene kommer fra Store Grøtvann via Tyvannselva, og fra Heglandselva. Utløpet går via Råna til Tveitereidvannet og videre til Vadfosselva, som er en del av Kragerøvassdragets utløp til Kilsfjorden ved Kragerø by.
I nordenden av vannet ligger Tyvandgårdene (øvre og nedre), i sør ligger ligger Vasstøl og Støa, med bl.a. Støa camping. Langs hele østsiden går fylkesvei 38 som er en del av «Gamle Sørlandske».
