Steve Wozniak på Commons

Stephan Gary «Steve» Wozniak (født 11. august 1950 i San Jose i California) er en amerikansk teknologigründer. Han grunnla 1. april 1976 dataselskapet Apple sammen med Steve Jobs og Ronald Wayne. Den første datamaskinen ble bygd sammen på hans kontor hos Hewlett Packard i Cupertino, mens det meste av jobben med selve firmaet foregikk på soverommet til Jobs. Garasjen ble stort sett brukt som et sted de kunne ta imot besøk.[12][13] Etter hvert ble Apple bygd opp til et av markedes førende datafirma.

I 1985 trakk Wozniak seg delvis tilbake fra selskapet og har siden jobbet mye med undervisning, forskjellige teknologiske sideprosjekter samt en del veldedighet.
