Mennenes skeletonkonkurranse under Vinter-OL 2010 i Vancouver fant sted 18. og 19. februar på Whistler Sliding Centre i Whistler, Britisk Columbia.[1] Regjerende olympisk mester var Canadas Duff Gibson etter å ha vunnet konkurransen i vinter-OL 2006 i Torino, Italia.[2] Gibson la opp etter Vinter-OL 2006. Bronsevinneren fra samme OL, sveitseren Gregor Stähli, var regjerende verdensmester,[3] men deltok ikke grunnet en lårskade, som han pådro seg i verdenscuprennet i Lake Placid den 20. november 2009.[4]

Canadas Jon Montgomery tok gullmedaljen, 0,07 sekunder foran Latvias Martins Dukurs, som hadde ledet før det siste heatet. Bronsemedaljen gikk til Aleksandr Tretjakov fra Russland.
