Shelley Taylor (født 1946) er professor i psykologi ved University of California, Los Angeles. Hun tok sin doktorgrad ved Yale University i 1972 og har tidligere også vært ansatt ved Harvard University. Hun fikk «Distinguished Scientific Contribution Award» fra American Psychological Association i 1996.

Taylor er en aktiv skribent. Hun har skrevet en rekke bøker og vitenskapelige artikler innen sosialpsykologi og særlig innen kognitiv psykologi og helsepsykologi.
