Ragnhild Elbjørg Magerøy (født 9. juli 1920 i Fræna, død 16. november 2010)[2] var en norsk forfatter, ved sin død bosatt i Tønsberg.

Magerøy debuterte litterært i 1957 med romanen Gunhild, og gav senere ut en rekke romaner. Hun skrev også noveller, dikt og essays. Hun er særlig kjent for sine historiske romaner.

I 1975 ble hun tildelt Doblougprisen.
