Microkeroplatus er en slekt av spinnmygg.[2]
Utseende
En ganske liten (ca. 2,3-2,7 millimeter), mørkgrå spinnmygg. Antennene er flattrykte og 16-leddete. Vingen er bred, litt røykfarget med mørke årer. Årene Rs og M er sammenvokste et stykke nær roten, R4+5 (åren nærmest vingespissen) er forgreinet. Hannens kjønnsorgan har gripeorganet (gonostylus) krummet.
Levevis
Disse myggene finnes først og fremst på fuktige, skyggefulle steder, blant annet i tett skog og i huler.
Utbredelse
Artene er kjent fra Malaysia, Brunei og Indonesia.
