Mahindra er et indisk bilmerke. Firmaet kan spore sin historie tilbake til stålprodusenten Mahindra & Mohammed, som ble etablert i Bombay i 1945. I 1948 ble foretaket omorganisert til Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.

Mahindra begynte i bilbransjen med å montere Willys Jeep. Fra 1954 samarbeidet de teknisk og økonomisk med Willys-Overland.
