Konstantinos «Kostis» Stefanopoulos (gresk: Κωνσταντίνος Στεφανόπουλος; født 15. august 1926 i Patras, død 20. november 2016[10] i Athen) var en gresk advokat og politiker.[11] Han var president i Hellas i to sammenhengende perioder fra 8. mars 1995 til 2. mars 2005.

Stefanopoulos studerte jus ved Universitetet i Athen og arbeidet deretter fra 1954 til 1974 som advokat. Han ble første gang innvalgt i nasjonalforsamlingen i 1964. Ved valget i 1974 ble han innvalgt for det konservative partiet Nea Dimokratia. Han fikk også plass i regjeringen og besatte postene som innenriksminister, minister for sosiale tjenester og minister for presidentembetet. Stefanopoulos fortsatte å representere partiet Nea Dimokratia inntil 1985, da han grunnla partiet Demokratisk fornyelse (DIANA). Han ble i 1989 innvalgt i nasjonalforsamlingen for dette partiet og var dets leder til det ble oppløst i 1994.

Stefanopoulos stilte i 1995 til presidentvalg med bred politisk støtte fra både høyre- og venstresiden. Han vant valget og ble i 2000 gjenvalgt for en andre periode og satt i presidentembetet til 2005. Han ble som president etterfulgt av Karolos Papoulias.

Stefanopoulos ble i 2004 tildelt storkors av St. Olavs Orden. I 1996 mottok han Den hvite ørns orden fra Polens president.[12]
